以 RIA 法同步测定了30例发病1周内的急性脑梗塞患者和30例正常人的血浆 ANP、AT-Ⅱ、TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)含量,发现急性脑梗塞患者的血浆 ANP、TXB_2含量增高。6-酮-PGP_(1α)含量降低,AT-Ⅱ含量无明显变化,ANP/AT-Ⅱ和TXB_2/6-酮-PGF_(1α)比值均增大。提示 ANP 与 AT-Ⅱ、TXA_2与 PGI_2平衡失调和急性脑梗塞患者的急性脑血循环障碍有关。并发现脑梗塞组血浆 ANP 与 TXB_2含量呈显著正相关,认为可能与 TXA_2收缩血管引起的血流动力学变化影响 ANP 的分泌有关。
The plasma levels of ANP, AT-Ⅱ, TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) in 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction within 1 week and 30 normal persons were simultaneously measured by RIA method. The plasma levels of ANP in patients with acute cerebral infarction , TXB_2 content increased. The contents of ANP / AT-Ⅱ and TXB_2 / 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) increased with the decrease of 6-keto-PGP_ (1α) content and AT-Ⅱ content. Suggesting that ANP and AT-Ⅱ, TXA_2 and PGI_2 balance disorders and acute cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral blood circulation disorders. And found that plasma levels of ANP and TXB_2 in cerebral infarction group was significantly positively correlated, that may be related to TXA_2 contraction of blood vessels caused by hemodynamic changes affect the secretion of ANP.
