人体外周血淋巴细胞微核的测定,是细胞遗传学较常用的研究方法之一,它反映了染色体损伤细胞突变的体内系统,而肿瘤的发生发展与染色体具有十分密切的关系。为此,我们用体外细胞培养法及甲基纤维素法对13例原发性肝癌病人外周血淋巴细胞的微核率进行了测定,以观察不同的实验方法对检测原发性肝癌病人外周血淋巴细胞微核率及核变形率的影响。
The determination of micronucleus in human peripheral blood lymphocytes is one of the most commonly used methods in cytogenetics. It reflects the in vivo system of mutations in chromosome damage cells, and the occurrence and development of tumors are closely related to chromosomes. To this end, we used in vitro cell culture and methylcellulose methods to determine the micronuclear rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 13 patients with primary liver cancer to observe different experimental methods for detecting peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer. The effect of lymphocyte micronucleus rate and nuclear deformation rate.
