公共心理学是教师教育专业学生的必修课之一,是一门非常重要的培养现代教师基本能力的课程。为了适应时代的需要,本文从教学目标设置,教学内容选择,教学手段变革,教学评价体系重建四个方面分析如何提高教师教育学生的实践技能。提出以帮助学生成长为主,在成长中体会心理学魅力的教学目标,以学生未来工作需要为导向的课程教学内容,建立既注重教学过程也考核教学结果的教学评价体系,通过专题教学、课外自主学习、案例分析、教师团队整合等多种教学手段,提高学生对心理学知识在教育教学工作中运用的能力。
Public psychology is one of the compulsory courses for teachers majoring in education, which is a very important course for cultivating the basic abilities of modern teachers. In order to meet the needs of the times, this article analyzes how to improve the practical skills of teachers’ education students from four aspects: setting of teaching objectives, choice of teaching content, transformation of teaching methods, and reconstruction of teaching evaluation system. It puts forward the teaching target to help students to grow up, psychology charm in the process of growth, the teaching content oriented to students’ future work needs, and the teaching evaluation system that not only pays attention to the teaching process but also tests the teaching results. Through the special teaching and extracurricular activities Autonomous learning, case analysis, teacher team integration and other teaching methods to improve students’ ability of using psychology knowledge in education and teaching.
