目的:综合评价运动对肥胖及糖尿病患者血浆内脂素水平的影响。方法:运用Meta分析法,以内脂素水平为统计量,检索Google Scholar,Pubmed,Sport Discus及CNKI(2005年至今)中肥胖、2型糖尿病患者与内脂素及运动干预的全部文献,将符合纳入标准的文献进行定量综合及发表性偏倚检验。结果:肥胖及2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平均高于健康人群,运动干预后,肥胖患者内脂素水平较干预前(62.38±20.28 ng/ml)平均降低了16.78 ng/ml,2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平较干预前(86.27±34.65 ng/ml)平均上调了5.07 ng/ml。结论:肥胖及2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平明显高于对照组,脂肪组织及胰岛素抵抗是影响内脂素水平的主要因素。长期中等强度的有氧运动对肥胖和2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平具有积极的调节作用。本研究纳入文献质量较高,Meta分析后的数据客观、准确,能为科学防治肥胖症及2型糖尿病的运动实施提供理论依据。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of exercise on plasma visfatin levels in obese and diabetic patients. METHODS: Meta-analysis was used to retrieve all literature on obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus and visfatin and exercise intervention in Google Scholar, Pubmed, Sport Discus, and CNKI (2005 to present) using visfatin levels as a statistic to be consistent with The inclusion of standard literature for quantitative synthesis and published bias test. Results: The level of visfatin in obese and type 2 diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects. CONCLUSION: The level of visfatin in obese and type 2 diabetic patients is significantly higher than that in control subjects. Adipose tissue and insulin resistance are the major factors affecting the level of visfatin. Long-term moderate-intensity aerobic exercise has a positive regulatory effect on visfatin levels in obese and type 2 diabetic patients. The data included in this study are of high quality. The data after Meta analysis are objective and accurate, which can provide a theoretical basis for scientific prevention and treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
