科学仪器是科技进步的重要内容,也是科技发展的重要支撑,同时是经济建设、国防安全和解决社会民生问题的重要保障,是国家实力的重要体现。当前我国的科学仪器发展存在着诸多问题,使得我国的科学仪器研制较国际先进水平仍存在较大差距。“十二五”以来,我国加大了对大型科学仪器研制的资金投入,设立了众多重大研制和开发项目。本文从人才队伍、体制机制、平台和基地建设,基础设施规划建设以及强化科研转化等方面对推进我国重大科学仪器研制项目提出了一些策略和建议。
Scientific instruments are an important part of scientific and technological progress as well as an important support for the development of science and technology. They are also an important guarantee for economic construction, national defense and for solving the problem of social livelihood and are an important manifestation of state power. At present, there are many problems in the development of scientific instruments in our country, which makes the development of scientific instruments in our country still lags behind the international advanced level. Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, China has stepped up its investment in the development of large-scale scientific instruments and has set up numerous major research and development projects. This article puts forward some strategies and suggestions on promoting China's major scientific instrument development projects from aspects of personnel team, institutional mechanism, platform and base construction, infrastructure planning and construction and strengthening scientific research transformation.
