目的:观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法:61例脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上每日加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液100 mL静脉滴注。测定治疗前后美国国立卫生所卒中评分量表(NIHSS)评分情况,评价临床疗效,并测定治疗前后NSE含量。结果:治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分较对照组减低,治疗组显效率为77.42%,有效率为93.55%,对照组显效率为50%,有效率为73.33%,均好于对照组。且治疗后NSE水平含量较对照组明显减低。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液能降低血清NSE含量及神经功能缺损评分,促进神经功能恢复,临床疗效明显。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum level of neuron specific enolase (NSE). Methods: Sixty-one patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given 100 mL butylphthalide sodium chloride injection daily on the basis of routine treatment. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was measured before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy and to determine the NSE content before and after treatment. Results: The NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment. The effective rate was 77.42% and the effective rate was 93.55% in the treatment group. The effective rate was 73.33% in the control group, which was better than the control group. After treatment, the level of NSE was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection can reduce the serum NSE content and neurological deficit score, and promote the recovery of neurological function, with obvious clinical curative effect.
