目的:探讨游离PSA比值(F/T-PSA)对T-PSA值在4~10μg·L1之间,且肛指检查(DRE)正常的良性前列腺增生(BPH)和前列腺癌(PC)鉴别诊断的意义。方法:对T-PSA值在4~10μg·L1之间且DRE正常的8例PC和10例BPH患者的F/T-PSA进行回顾性分析。血液中的F-PSA和T-PSA值均用放射免疫法测定。结果:PC组和BPH组的T-PSA值分别是6.21μg·L1和6.15μg·L1,2组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),而F/T-PSA分别是0.11和0.21,2组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),当取F/T-PSA阈值为<0.15时,鉴别诊断的准确性最高,为77.78%,敏感性和特异性分别是87.50%和70.00%。结论:F/T-PSA有助于鉴别T-PSA值在4~10μg·L1之间且DRE正常的BPH和PC,可减少不必要的活检,推荐使用F/T-PSA阈值为<0.15。
Objective: To investigate the effect of free PSA ratio (F / T-PSA) on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PC) with T-PSA values of 4 ~ 10μg · L1 and normal anal finder examination (DRE) Significance of differential diagnosis. Methods: The F / T-PSA of 8 PC patients with normal DRE and 10 BPH patients with T-PSA values between 4 and 10 μg · L-1 were retrospectively analyzed. Conclusion: F / T-PSA can help to identify BPH and PC with T-PSA value of 4 ~ 10μg · L1 and normal DRE, which can reduce unnecessary biopsy. It is recommended to use F / T-PSA threshold < 0.15.
