百分表或千分表在工厂里用得很普遍,有时由于不小心,发生碰撞或使表蒙破碎和出现裂纹,这时必须更换新的表蒙。我们厂的做法是利用胶木棒(其它材料也行)做成两个胎具(图1),胎具的凸凹两个球面圆弧半径略小于装在表圈上的表蒙圆弧半径。操作方法:将凸模3卡牢在台钻的钻卡子5上(图2),凹模1放在钻床台面上,上下两模中心大致对好,再将表圈4套在凸模和钻卡子之间,把有机玻璃表蒙2(外购成自制的成品)放在凹模上,扳动钻床手柄,用力不可太大或太猛。这时有机玻璃表蒙由于被凸模和凹模挤压而直径变小,直到小于表圈止口直径时,套上表圈,松开钻床手柄即成。
