京津冀地缘相接、人缘相亲、地域一体、文化一脉,京津冀协同发展已成为国家战略。本文立足衡水文化特色和资源优势,主动承接京津冀文化产业转移,寻求适合衡水文化发展的对策,从完善规划,建立良好发展环境;整合资源,挖掘优秀传统文化;突出特色,推进文化产业项目建设;培育人才,加强人才队伍建设等几个方面提出衡水特色文化产业发展的思路和建议,在京津冀文化协同发展中走差异化、特色化发展之路。
Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are geographically connected with one another, with one area and one culture. The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has become a national strategy.
