本报告研究了低蛋白与低硒营养水平对大鼠血清和尿液生化类型的影响。实验采用×3析因设计,蛋白分高中低三个水平,硒分高低两个水平。实验期间37日。观察指标包括初体重、终体重、血清 ALK、LDH、CPK、GOT、GPT、ALB、TP、尿肌酐、尿肌酶等指标。结果发现低蛋白营养可使血清 GOT、LDH 及 ALB 与 TP 有所改变,但尿肌酐、尿肌酸正常,低硒营养水平未见改变。文章对本次实验在大骨节病病因研究上的意义做了扼要讨论。
This report studies the effects of low protein and low selenium nutrition levels on the serum and urine biochemical types in rats. Experiments using × 3 factorial design, protein, high and low three levels, selenium level two levels. 37 days during the experiment. The observation indexes included body weight, body weight, serum ALK, LDH, CPK, GOT, GPT, ALB, TP, urinary creatinine and urinary enzymes. The results showed that low protein nutrition can serum GOT, LDH and ALB and TP have changed, but urinary creatinine, urine creatine normal, low selenium nutritional level unchanged. The article made a brief discussion on the significance of this experiment on the etiology of Kashin-Beck disease.
