We use the tunnel incision technique for extracapsular cataract extraction in 32 cases (36 eyes) with soft cataract, and the results are good after operation. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 32 patients (36 eyes), 20 males (24 eyes), 12 females (12 eyes); age 3 months ~ on the age. There were 18 cases of congenital cataract (22 eyes), 11 cases of young developing cataract (1 eye) and 3 cases of traumatic cataract (3 eyes).
