随着性能型规范和性能型消防安全设计方案的问世,经过验证的耐火性能模型已变得越来越重要了。本文将介绍适用于非隔热、非承重钢立筋石膏护板墙组件的一维传热模型。此外,还介绍石膏护板墙组件不同位置处的预测温度与实测温度的比较以及预测耐火极限与实测耐火极限的比较。与试验测量相比,由模型预测的耐火极限稍显保守。该模型适用于大多数消防安全工程领域。本文还提出进一步改进模型所应考虑的问题。
With the advent of performance-based specifications and performance-based fire safety design solutions, validated fire performance models have become more and more important. This article will introduce a one-dimensional heat transfer model for non-insulated, non-load-bearing steel girder wall panels. In addition, the comparison between the predicted temperature and the measured temperature at different locations of the gypsum wall panel assembly and the comparison between the predicted fire endurance and the measured fire endurance are presented. The fire resistance predicted by the model is somewhat conservative compared to the experimental measurements. This model is suitable for most fire safety engineering areas. This article also proposes issues that should be considered in further improving the model.
