目的:分析目前CT、MRI设备在医疗机构中的等候现状。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,从全国东、中、西部6个省份选取了部分医疗机构作为研究样本。结果:共有12家三级医院纳入了本次研究,共计55 930例患者进行CT、MRI检查。CT检查的等候时间是2.4小时,MRI是20.1小时。结论:CT、MRI的检查等候时间因就诊类型、地理位置和检查部位不同而存在较大差异,CT、MRI在三级医疗机构中的等候现象较为普遍,而MRI设备的等候现象更为明显。
Objective: To analyze the current waiting status of CT and MRI equipment in medical institutions. Methods: By means of convenience sampling, some medical institutions were selected from 6 provinces in the eastern, central and western parts of China as research samples. Results: A total of 12 tertiary hospitals were included in this study, for a total of 55 930 patients undergoing CT and MRI examinations. Waiting time for CT examination was 2.4 hours and MRI was 20.1 hours. Conclusion: The waiting time for examination of CT and MRI varies greatly depending on the type of treatment, geographical location and examination site. The waiting status of CT and MRI in tertiary medical institutions is more common, while the waiting time of MRI equipment is more obvious.
