伴随着我国经济的持续稳定发展,建筑工程的发展方向也产生了一定偏移。多元化的建筑结构不仅为土建施工个体企业带来了一定挑战,还为其提供了一定机遇。对此,本文主要对现阶段土建施工管理过程中存在的普遍问题进行深入剖析和探究,结合实践经验提出一系列具备参考价值的应对策略,希望能推动新时期土建施工管理战略目标的进一步实现。
With the sustained and steady economic development in our country, the direction of the development of construction projects has also produced a certain shift. Diversified building structure not only poses some challenges for the construction of individual enterprises, but also provides some opportunities for it. In this regard, this article mainly analyzes and probes into the common problems existing in civil construction management at this stage, and puts forward a series of response strategies with reference value based on practical experience, hoping to further promote the strategic goal of civil construction management in the new period.
