科协所属学会专家资源丰富,对这些专家资源及其他资源档案的信息化管理,有助于合理分配利用各种人才资源,更好地发挥各类专家和科技工作者的作用。本文针对丽水市专家资源档案信息化管理平台建设现状、存在问题进行了分析,并就问题解决途径和今后平台建设发展提出了自己看法。
The experts affiliated to the CAST are rich in resources and the informatization management of these expert resources and other resource files helps to allocate and utilize various human resources rationally and give full play to the role of various experts and scientists. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of Lishui City expert resource file information management platform construction and puts forward my own views on the ways of problem solving and future platform construction and development.
