目的观察黄豆芽多糖(BSPS)对小鼠细咆免疫功能的影响。方法采用应激小鼠igBSPS及环磷酰胺抑制小鼠,检测小鼠的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)。结果BSPS能增强应激、环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。证明BSPS能增强细胞介导的免疫反应。
Objective To observe the effect of soybean sprouts polysaccharide (BSPS) on immune function in mice. Methods The mice were challenged with igBSPS and cyclophosphamide to detect the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice. Results BSPS enhanced the delayed-type hypersensitivity in stress and cyclophosphamide-induced immunocompromised mice. It is demonstrated that BSPS can enhance the cell-mediated immune response.
