本文报道了一种测定铜(11)浓度低至0.06ng/ml的高灵敏度的催化分光光度法。方法基于铜(11)在氨性介质中对过氧化氢氧化3-羟基-2-萘甲酸(HNA)的催化作用。作者对试验条件、干扰物质作了详细探讨,并用于测定大气气溶胶样品,获得了满意的结果。还用电子顺磁共振光谱(EPR)对反应机制作了深入研究。
This article reports a highly sensitive catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of copper (11) concentrations as low as 0.06 ng / ml. The method is based on the catalytic effect of copper (11) on the oxidation of 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA) by hydrogen peroxide in ammonia media. The author of the experimental conditions, interfering substances were discussed in detail, and for the determination of atmospheric aerosol samples obtained satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism has also been studied in detail by electronic paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR).
