本文用实物探头及其冷却曲线,分析研究了钢丝在铅浴韧化处理中的冷却行为。实物探头价廉、制作容易、测试简便、能灵敏反映冷却过程的特征,并在同种钢丝上经机械性能测试及TEM电镜组织观察验证了其可靠性,试验表明实物探头和冷却曲线法可用于钢丝各种韧化处理过程的冷却行为测试。为取代铅浴韧化提供了一种新的研究方法,并可为钢丝生产中确定韧化规范提供参考依据。
In this paper, the physical probe and its cooling curve were used to analyze the cooling behavior of the steel wire during the toughening of lead bath. The physical probe is cheap, easy to manufacture, easy to test and can reflect the characteristics of the cooling process sensitively. The reliability of the same type of steel wire is verified by the mechanical property test and the TEM electron microscopy observation. The physical probe and the cooling curve method are available Cooling behavior test of various toughening process of steel wire. It provides a new research method to replace lead bath toughening and provides a reference for the determination of toughening specification in steel wire production.
