[目的]观察丹莪妇康煎膏和孕三烯酮联合腹腔镜治疗中重度子宫内膜异位疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将152例住院患者按随机数字表法分为三组。手术组52例硬膜外麻醉,按照年龄差异和对生育功能要求,分别剥除卵巢巧克力囊肿或切除单侧卵巢、电凝或切除盆腔异位灶、松解盆腔粘连、对输卵管进行通液术,术后用生理盐水对盆腔进行反复冲洗,为预防盆腔粘连可放入防粘剂。常规组52例术后1周,孕三烯酮,2.5mg/次,2次/14d。治疗组52例经前15d,丹莪妇康煎膏15g/次,2次/d,口服,经期不停药。手术及西药治疗同手术组及对照组。三组均连续治疗120d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道流血、体重增加、肝功能损害、痔疮、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。所有患者随访1年。[结果]治疗组显效44例,有效2例,复发6例,总有效率88.46%。手术组显效25例,有效4例,复发23例,总有效率55.77%。常规组显效30例,有效3例,复发19例,总有效率63.46%。治疗组疗效优于手术组和常规组(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组低于手术组和常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹莪妇康煎膏和孕三烯酮联合腹腔镜治疗中重度子宫内膜异位效果显著,值得推广。

All patients were followed up for 1 year. [Result] The treatment group was effective in 44 cases, effective in 2 cases and recurrence in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 88.46%. The operation group markedly effective in 25 cases, effective in 4 cases, 23 cases of recurrence, the total effective rate was 55.77%. The conventional group markedly effective in 30 cases, effective in 3 cases, 19 cases of recurrence, the total effective rate was 63.46%. The treatment group was better than the surgery group and the conventional group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions in treatment group were lower than those in surgery group and routine group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Dan E Fukang decoction and gestrinone in combination with laparoscopy have a significant effect on moderate and severe endometriosis, which is worthy of popularization.
