8米×6米低速风洞特大攻角试验设备,是“十一五”期间新研制的一套飞机模型风洞试验支撑装置,目的是实现飞机模型在特大攻角状态下的风洞试验。该设备的液压系统可实现试验模型各种高难状态的自动驱动与控制,液压系统主要由液压泵站(油源)、七个(四组)伺服液压缸及其控制元件等组成。该系统于2006年投入使用,在2007年初的一次试验中,模型上行出现了失控故障,致使模型撞到风洞上洞壁,直接导致模型和试验天平损坏。本文简要地介绍了该系统的原理、故障现象、故障排除以及系统改进。
8m × 6m low-speed wind tunnel large angle of attack test equipment, is “Eleventh Five-Year” during the development of a new set of aircraft model wind tunnel test support device, the purpose is to achieve the aircraft model at extra-large angle of attack of the wind tunnel test. The hydraulic system of the device can realize automatic driving and control of various difficult test states. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of a hydraulic pump station (oil source), seven (four groups) servo hydraulic cylinders and control components thereof. The system was put into operation in 2006. In a trial in early 2007, a runaway failure occurred on the model upside down, causing the model to hit the tunnel wall in the wind tunnel, which directly led to the damage of the model and the test balance. This article briefly introduces the principle of the system, fault phenomena, troubleshooting and system improvements.
