1病例报告例1:患者男,56岁。因以心前区疼痛伴头昏1天就诊。无药物过敏史。查体:体温37°C,脉搏78次/min,呼吸16次/min,血压120/80mmHg;心音低,心率78次/min,律齐,心电图报告:Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF导联压低0.05mv,诊断为冠心病。给予红花注射液20ml溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液100ml静脉滴注。输液10分钟后,患者感觉左上肢及面部瘙痒,左上肢出现点片状红色班丘疹,面色苍白、心慌胸闷、气急、口唇发绀,寒颤等
