B5020B5032插床进给刀架部分一直延用一杆刀体加工工件,适用于小件批量生产.对重量大批量小的工件加工困难很多.如:我们在生产加工中,经常遇到双键槽大重量工件和较宽尺寸的键槽加工.尺寸一般在30～40mm.加工一个键槽往往需要换刀3～4次,给操作者带来了很多麻烦.基于上述原因,我们设计了一套三位刀体回转加工装置,使用效果很好.
