The boron isotopic study of boron - rich mineral - tourmaline produced in massive sulphide deposits shows that the range of δ ~ (11) B is very wide (δ ~ (11) B = -27 ~ + 18 ‰); It is considered that boron isotope is a powerful geochemical tool for studying the hydrothermal mineralization process, tracing the source of metallogenic materials and the metallogenic environment, and its application prospect is very broad.
