《数学课程标准》指出:“有效的课堂学习不是单纯地依赖模仿与记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。”作为教育工作者,在教学中应充分展示学生的智慧与个性,为学生构建一个自主探究的课堂。一、自主学习,培养学生的创新能力作为一名教师,要从学生的发展角度着想,充分相信学生的认知能力,多创造一些空间,对于学生自己能学会的例题,应放手让学生自己动手动脑想办法,积极探究、发现。实践表明:学生自己学会的知识比依靠老师传授的知识相比,学生掌握的更牢固更深刻,同时创新能力会得到进一步提升。
