学生的知行脱节是当下学校德育工作中的普遍现象,其原因主要在于传统学校德育与学生学业生活二元对立式的疏离。坚持道德教育与学业生活的有机融合,就必须引导学生从被动地学习道德转向主动的道德学习,涵养学生的学业道德。学业道德可以开启学生的道德自省,助推其学业发展,提升其成长幸福,从而引领学生过一种道德的学业生活。学业道德也是提高学校德育有效性的增长点,为此,学校必须优化课程结构以彰显学业发展的道德力,建设学习型班集体以释放道德教育的学习力,创新评价体系以实现学业发展与德性生长的良性互动。
The disregard of students ’knowledge and practice is the common phenomenon in current moral education in schools. The reason lies in the alienation of the binary opposition between the traditional school moral education and the students’ academic life.
