Baron and others first found that one side of the cerebral hemispheres lesions can lead to contralateral cerebellar metabolism and blood flow decreased. This phenomenon has been confirmed by other scholars. In this study, 12 patients (male 9, female 3) with cerebellar hemorrhage between 40 and 76 years old (average 65 years old) were investigated for rCBF in the hemisphere. The changes of rCBF in the right side of the cerebellum were observed. CBF was measured 13 to 79 days after cerebellar hemorrhage (average 26.5 days). Patients were continuously inhaled ~ (133) Xe, adapted to 15min, the SPECT analysis of blood flow 4.5min, and a carbon dioxide recorder (Beckman)
