目的:采用GC-MS法定性分析鸦胆子挥发油的化学成分,为进一步研究鸦胆子提供理论依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸦胆子的挥发油,采用GC-MS结合计算机相似度检索的方法分离和鉴定鸦胆子挥发油的化学成分,并应用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共从鸦胆子挥发油中鉴定出28种化学成分。结论:鸦胆子挥发油化学成分的研究为进一步了解鸦胆子的药理性质奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents of Brucea javanica Maxim by GC-MS, and to provide a theoretical basis for the further study of Brucea javanica. Methods: The volatile oil of Brucea javanica was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical components of Brucea javanica volatile oil were separated and identified by GC-MS and computer similarity search, and the relative percentage of each component was determined by peak area normalization . Results: A total of 28 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from Brucea javanica volatile oil. Conclusion: The study on the chemical constituents of Brucea javanica volatile oil lays the foundation for further understanding the pharmacological properties of Brucea javanica.
