From May 29 to 31, 2011, the Asian Public Administration Reform Seminar and the First AGPA Conference organized by China Academy of Personnel Sciences and International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) succeeded at the Beijing Convention Center Organized. The theme of this meeting is public administration and civil service capacity building.
