全球金融危机对国际和国内发展环境产生了一系列重大影响,当前宁波工业经济也遇到了一系列挑战。因此,宁波工业经济转型发展既是适应宁波发展阶段变化的内在需要,也是成功化解全球金融危机的现实需要。本文就当前宁波工业经济转型发展提出构筑特色现代产业体系,促进工业的高端攀升和内涵升级;完善区域创新体系,增强工业创新发展能力;优化产业组织模式,促进企业间协同发展;提升对外经济合作水平,构建开放型经济体系;优化工业空间布局,推进产业集群发展;完善资源要素保障体制机制,提高产业转型发展保障能力等六点建议。
The global financial crisis has had a series of significant impacts on the development environment both at home and abroad. At present, Ningbo’s industrial economy has also encountered a series of challenges. Therefore, Ningbo’s industrial economic restructuring and development are not only the inherent needs to adapt to the changes of Ningbo’s development stage, but also the actual needs of successfully resolving the global financial crisis.
