PDC钻头的构模特征是:上体和钢心为轴对称,泥浆流道、安装PDC齿的齿床部分以及喷嘴等结构为回转周期对称。利用这些构模特征对PDC钻头进行网格划分,采用不同的颜色和组分别对不同材料、不同部分进行处理,利用拷贝、旋转和连接等技巧,形成PDC钻头空间三维8~21节点有限单元模型、载荷模型和边界条件模型。应用该有限元分析网格的生成方法、技巧及前处理方法,可大大提高PDC钻头网格划分及数据准备的速度和精度
The structural features of the PDC bit are that the upper body and the steel core are axisymmetric, that the mud flow path, the part of the tooth bed where the PDC teeth are installed, and the nozzle are symmetrical to the rotation cycle. The PDC bits are meshed using these structural features. Different materials and different parts are processed by different colors and groups respectively. Using the techniques of copy, rotation and connection, the PDC bit space finite element model of 8-21 nodes is formed , Load model and boundary condition model. Application of the finite element analysis of the grid generation methods, techniques and pre-treatment methods, can greatly improve the PDC bit and grid data preparation speed and accuracy
