对金属矿地下开采工艺流程进行了分析,运用系统分析方法与面向对象的设计理念,构建了金属矿地下开采工艺动态可视化仿真系统。阐述了系统功能,建立了系统框架,包括采矿工艺模型与设计、调度、执行和显示控制4个模块。在此基础上,提出了构建该系统的5项关键技术。最后以下向分层胶结充填开采工艺为例描述了仿真系统内部的模拟过程和数据流程,说明了构建金属矿地下开采工艺动态可视化系统的可行性。
The metal mine underground mining process is analyzed, the system analysis method and the object-oriented design concept are used to construct the dynamic visual simulation system of underground mining technology of metal mine. The system functions are described, and the system framework is established, including four modules of mining process model and design, scheduling, execution and display control. Based on this, five key technologies for constructing the system are put forward. In the end, the simulation and data flow inside the simulation system are described as an example to illustrate the feasibility of constructing the dynamic visualization system for underground mining technology of metal mine.
