目的讨论中医护理在小儿腹泻中的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月—2016年6月,发生小儿腹泻的40例患儿为研究对象,分别实施常规护理干预和中医护理干预。结果中医组在生活质量评分、护理人员工作质量以及住院时间等方面均明显高于常规组,满意度为95.0%明显高于常规组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理干预可以有效的改善患儿腹泻的情况,加速其恢复,保障患儿的健康。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of TCM nursing in children with diarrhea. Methods From April 2015 to June 2016, 40 infants with infantile diarrhea were selected as the study subjects, and routine nursing intervention and TCM nursing intervention were respectively conducted. Results The TCM group was significantly higher than the conventional group in quality of life score, quality of nursing work and hospital stay, with 95.0% satisfaction rate significantly higher than 80.0% of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of TCM nursing intervention can effectively improve the situation of children with diarrhea, speed up the recovery and ensure the health of children.
