在大鼠、家兔与人类中,已发现促性腺激素的短反馈机制,但促性腺激素的作用部位是下丘脑还是垂体尚未清楚.本工作观察去势妇女注射hCG后血浆促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)的变化以研究促性腺激素短反馈作用的部位.受试者为16名36~48岁妇女,行全子宫与双侧附件切除术已两周以上.其中6人于上午8时给予hCG10,000IU一次肌注;5人于上午8时给hCG40,000IU一次肌注;另5人肌注生理盐水作为对照.在注射前后各于30分钟、1、2、4小时收集血
