中学共青团工作,担负着在学生和青年教师中开展团的工作的双重任务,对培养德、智、体全面发展的人才有着举足轻重的作用,是学校全面工作的一个重要组成部分。但由于中学团的工作的对象数量多,又局限在学校这个特殊的小环境内,故增加了中学团的工作的复杂性。而要生动活泼地搞好中学共青团工作,我认为,应妥善处理好以下五大关系。
The work of the Communist Youth League in secondary schools is the dual task of carrying out missions among students and young teachers. It plays a pivotal role in cultivating talents with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, and physical development. It is an important part of the overall work of the school. However, due to the large number of students in the secondary school, they are confined to this particular small school environment, which increases the complexity of the secondary school’s work. In order to do a good job lively in the work of the Communist Youth League in the middle school, I believe that the following five major relationships should be handled properly.
