■ 党的十一届三中全会以来,我国各个领域发生的前所未有的变化体现了党领导社会主义改革和建设取得的积极成效,展示着新时期党和国家建设的勃勃生机和广阔前景;同时,新的变化中也包含着许多新的矛盾,使党和国家的建设面临许多新的问题,也提出了新的挑战。 ■ 10月1日出版的《瞭望》周刊以“与时俱进:‘三个解放”’为题,从国内环境的变化,国际趋势的发展,执政党建设的新课题以及如何实施“三个解放”四个方面纵深报道了中国所处的新的历史条件和所面临的任务,很有现实意义,现摘要编发如下。
