同德县从2008年开始开展生态畜牧业建设工作,分别于2008年和2010年在尕巴松多镇科日干村和河北乡黄河村两个区域类别不同的地区开展了生态畜牧业试点和示范村建设工作,积极探索一条符合我县实际的生态畜牧业发展道路。通过两个生态畜牧业示范点建设,实现了试点村由传统、粗放的畜牧业生产经营方式向种草养畜、科学养畜、建设养畜的集约化
