三台风机因缺少故障的可预见性,曾于1995年8月17日由于主电动机轴承脱胎,振动超标,被迫停机检修33h;2004年4月15日,AV40-12轴流压缩机高速端膜片联轴器断裂,造成高炉停产17h。高炉鼓风机必须保障设备的安全运行,减少事故损失,结合现行在线检测技术的发展,应用设备故障诊断与检测技术,对风机的运行状态实行在线监测和诊断,已势在必行。
