一、今年地质灾害防治工作开展情况今年是新中国成立以来地质灾害最为严重的一年。截至10月31日,全国共发生地质灾害30466起,造成人员伤害的有379起。其中,造成10人以上死亡失踪的19起。就全国来看,多数地区形势比较严峻,但防治的成效也比较显著。(一)提前部署、精心谋划,防治工作有序、有力、有效对今年地质灾害防范的形势,部党组在年初就进行了正确地研判,提早对全年的地质灾害防治工作做出了
I. Development of Geological Disaster Prevention and Control Work This Year This year is the most serious geological disaster since the founding of People’s Republic of China. As of October 31, there were 30,466 geological disasters in the country, with 379 causing injuries to personnel. Among them, 19 cases resulted in the disappearance of more than 10 people. As far as the whole country is concerned, the situation in most areas is rather grim, but the effectiveness of prevention and control is also quite remarkable. (I) Early deployment, careful planning, prevention and control work in an orderly, vigorous and effective manner This year’s situation of prevention of geological disasters, the Ministry Party Committee conducted a proper judgment at the beginning of the year and early made a preliminary decision on the prevention and control of geological disasters throughout the year
