肉毒梭菌食物中毒是一种由肉毒梭菌毒素引起的运动神经麻痹为特征的中毒性疾病,自1896年报道荷兰暴发因火腿引起肉毒中毒的事件以来[1],世界各地陆续都有报道。大部分因为食用腊肠、生火腿引起的。近年来,由于生活水平的提高、生活方式的转变以及卫生意识的加强,肉毒梭菌引起的食物中毒呈明显下降趋势。从2003年-2012年10年间,笔者所在的河南省没有报告一例肉毒梭菌食物中毒事件。2013年3月21日中午12点左右,新乡市原阳县城关镇一家亲友共10人在家里聚餐,其中7人吃了家里
