将酸洗和未经酸洗的两种20CrMnTi钢试样放在一起进行渗碳淬火、回火处理。分别测定了两种试样表层的碳浓度梯度和淬硬层深度。结果表明,在相同的热处理工艺条件下,经酸洗后的试样,淬硬层和渗层碳浓度均较未经酸洗的试样高。原因是酸洗试样的表面产生了过酸洗和酸洗麻点,增大了试样表面与气氛的接触面积,在渗碳初期,酸洗试样表面渗入的碳原子多,形成了从表面到心部比较高的碳浓度梯度,从而提高了碳的扩散速度。
The pickled and un-pickled samples of both 20CrMnTi steels were carburized, tempered and tempered. The carbon concentration gradient and hardened depth of the two samples were measured respectively. The results show that under the same heat treatment conditions, the pickled samples, the hardened layer and the detonation layer have a higher carbon concentration than the non-pickled sample. The reason is that the surface of the acid pickling sample produced over pickling and pickling spots and increased the contact area between the sample surface and the atmosphere. In the early stage of carburizing, the surface of the pickling sample infiltrated many carbon atoms, Surface to the heart of the higher carbon concentration gradient, thereby increasing the carbon diffusion rate.
