作为戏剧工作者,送戏到山区,为广大农民服务,这是党交给我们的无上光荣的政治任务。在山区和偏僻农村,群众看一次戏真是不容易。剧团在一个地方演出,附近几十里路远的群众都赶来看戏。有一个公社办公室的主任,受了群众的委托,翻过几座大山,步行了几十里路来请剧团,他说得好:“现在由于生产发展了,群众对文化生活的要求就更迫切了,不单要求看戏,而且要求看好戏。”群众这种热情激励着我们,不单要把戏送上门去,而且一定要把戏演好。
