近些年来丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)分子生物学的研究有很大发展.本文就HCV基因组的结构,HCV基因的表达及其功能,HCV的种属特性和HCV的多样性等作一简要综述.
In recent years, great progress has been made in the molecular biology of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) .In this paper, we briefly reviewed the structure of HCV genome, the expression and function of HCV gene, the species characteristics of HCV and the diversity of HCV .
