“Good things like water, water and everything but not fight, at the evil from people, so few in the Tao. Habitat, heart good Yuan, and good benevolence, good words and good governance, good things, Therefore, there is no particular problem. ”“ Chapter Eight of the Tao Te Ching, ”Tao," advocates virtuality and softness, and water has the character most. It nourishes all things, not against all things. Habitat in the base humble, heart to keep deep and clear, treat others sincerely, selfless talk, abide by the credit, rule of law, work to play director, take the opportunity to seize the opportunity. Just because water always dictates everything and does not compete with it, it rarely inflicts negligence. Lao-tzu’s passage deserves our careful chewing, from which we can reflect on the character and management art that school administrators should possess.
