应用探索性空间数据分析方法中的空间相关性分析,考察南京市住宅小区均价的全局空间相关性和局部空间相关性,得出各期数据的Moran’sI指数及其变化趋势、各住宅小区均价局部Moran’sI指数、住宅小区均价LISA聚类图,证明住宅小区均价之间存在明显的空间相关性。
Spatial correlation analysis of exploratory spatial data analysis method was used to investigate the global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation of average price of residential quarters in Nanjing. The Moran’sI index and its changing trend of each period of data were obtained. All residential quarters The average local Moran’s Index and the LISA clustering plot of the average price of residential quarters prove that there is a clear spatial correlation between the average price of residential quarters.
