云南沾益化肥厂新上的H22Ⅲ—A氢氮压缩机工程由于施工单位疏忽,造成设备基础断面标高低于设计安装标高事故。在既要确保工期又不能影响基础强度的前提下,我们采取“混凝土加筋增厚垫铁”的方法弥补,经使用,效果良好。 运行压力高达32MPa的氢氮压缩机基础系钢筋混凝土结构,由底板、主机、电机基座和一根支柱组成。其断面标高点有18个,预埋铁件达147块,预留孔108个,是比较复杂的设备基础。该基础底板厚1.5m,主机基础标高4.715m(截面为2360×1700mm),电机基础标高4.415m(截面为2840×790mm)电机支柱标高3.395m(截面为500×500mm)基础混凝土总量为248.31m~3,钢筋重量达9.1t。
The H22 III-A hydrogen and nitrogen compressor project on the new Zhanyi Fertilizer Plant in Yunnan caused negligence of the construction unit, resulting in the elevation of the equipment foundation section being lower than the design and installation elevation accident. Under the premise that we must ensure the construction period without affecting the strength of the foundation, we will use the method of “reinforcing the horn with concrete reinforcement” to make up for it and use it with good results. Hydrogen and nitrogen compressors operating at pressures up to 32 MPa are based on reinforced concrete structures consisting of a baseplate, a mainframe, a motor base, and a pillar. There are 18 elevation points, 147 pre-embedded irons and 108 reserved holes, which are more complex equipment foundations. The base floor thickness is 1.5m, the main base elevation is 4.715m (the cross section is 2360×1700mm), the motor base elevation is 4.415m (the cross section is 2840×790mm) the motor base elevation is 3.395m (the cross section is 500×500mm) the total amount of the base concrete is 248.31 m~3, rebar weight 9.1t.
