改革党的执政方式的实质在于依法执政,这是社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求,是保证国家长治久安、落实治国方略的根本要求,也是党自身发展的需要。改革开放以来,我们党在法治化方面取得了一定成绩,但党的执政方式还存在诸多的问题,这要求我们不断加强党的自身建设,加快政党法的制定,理顺党与各方的关系,推进党的依法执政进程。
The essence of the reform party’s ruling style lies in its rule of law. This is an inevitable requirement of the socialist market economic system. It is a fundamental requirement for ensuring the long-term peace and order of the country and implementing the strategy of running the country. It is also the need of the party’s own development. Since the reform and opening up, our party has made some achievements in the area of the rule of law. However, there are still many problems in the party’s governing style. This requires that we continuously strengthen the party’s self-construction, speed up the formulation of the party law and straighten out the relationship between the party and all parties , To promote the party’s governing by law.
