随着不合理使用抗菌药而导致的一系列问题日见突出,如耐药细菌增加和耐药性的增强,院内感染发病率增高、医疗费用过渡膨胀等,这些问题严重困扰着全世界的医务工作者。抗菌药合理应用日趋复杂,如何合理使用抗菌药是值得关心的课题。本文调查和分析广州市36家大医院2003～2006年抗菌药使用情况。为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。
With the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs, a series of problems have become increasingly prominent, such as the increase of drug-resistant bacteria and the increase of drug resistance, the increased incidence of nosocomial infections and the swift expansion of medical expenses. These problems have plagued the world’s medical services Workers. The rational application of antimicrobial agents is becoming more and more complicated. How to use antimicrobial agents reasonably is a topic worthy of concern. This paper investigates and analyzes the use of antibacterials in 36 major hospitals in Guangzhou from 2003 to 2006. For clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents provide a reference.
