胆囊癌是最常见的胆道系统恶性肿瘤。我国胆囊癌约占同期胆道疾病的1.53%~[1]。不同国家地区及不同种族的胆囊癌发病率有所不同。目前我国尚无详细的发病率统计。美国报道的胆囊癌发病率约为2.5/10万~[2]。胆囊癌起病隐匿,难以早期诊断,且恶性程度较高,易发生早期转移。多数病人在疾病发现时已属晚期,故预后极差。目前国内对于胆囊癌
