目的观察纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂的体外抗菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用抑菌环试验和悬液定量试验方法,对该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂体外抗菌效果进行实验室观察。结果纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为3.15μg/ml、6.3μg/ml、3.15μg/ml和6.3μg/ml,最低杀菌浓度分别为12.6μg/ml、25.2μg/ml、12.6μg/ml和25.2μg/ml。银含量为25.2μg/ml的纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对上述四个菌种作用2 min,杀菌率均达到90%以上。结论纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌均具有较强的抑杀作用。
Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray in vitro and provide basis for its practical application. Methods The antibacterial effect of nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray was observed in laboratory by antibacterial ring test and suspension quantitative test. Results The minimum inhibitory concentrations of nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were 3.15μg / ml, 6.3μg / ml, 3.15μg / ml and 6.3μg / ml, the minimum bactericidal concentrations were 12.6μg / ml, 25.2μg / ml, 12.6μg / ml and 25.2μg / ml respectively. The nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray with the silver content of 25.2μg / ml exerted 2 min on the above-mentioned four kinds of bacteria, and the sterilization rate reached more than 90%. Conclusion nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans have a strong inhibitory effect.
