2013年9月,国家民委将海北州确定为全省唯一创建全国民族团结进步示范州之一,把海北州开创各民族群众共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展新局面的实践提升到更高的层次。做好这项工作,是当前和今后一个时期摆在自治州各级党委政府面前的一项重要课题。本文通过分析海北州创建全国民族团结进步示范州的社会条件和面临的问题,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
In September 2013, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission identified Haibei Prefecture as one of the only demonstration provinces in the province to create a national unity and progress model and raised Haibei Prefecture’s practice of creating common ground among all ethnic groups in common struggle and common prosperity and development, to a higher level . To do this well is an important issue before the party committees and governments at all levels and at all levels in the autonomous region at present and in the future. By analyzing the social conditions and problems faced by Haibei Prefecture in establishing the national demonstration of national solidarity and progress, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
